The Super Hinge is complete. The hinges were in pretty bad shape and I wanted to make the doors removable, so this is what I came up with, new heavy duty Bronze Alloy bushings and stainless steel removable pins.

With the hinges in place the doors can be aligned to the rear body. The passenger side door lined up beautifully after elongateing all 16 adjustment slots on the door and body. On the drivers side I had to fill in a 1/4" gap between the door near the top just inline with the key hole. The entire door gap on the drivers side was created with fiberglass body filler.
